“BEST CHANIA” of the Technical University of Crete is organizing once again a pan-European seminar with the participation of engineering students from a multitude of European countries.
This event takes place in Chania and aims to develop participants in the field of:Human Resources & Facilitation – Team Dynamics and Team Performance (Conflict Management) – Conflict Management – Feedback & Performance Evaluation (Feedback & Evaluation). Participants will have the opportunity to be trained on this specific topic, but also to come into contact
with the Chanian and by extension Greek culture, through a set of experiential activities.
